Are you a real store located in the United States?

Yes, we are a real boutique and have been in business since 2005. Our items ship from our location in Kentucky. We do not drop ship. Each item is lovingly prepared and packaged directly to you from our shop. We are also happy to add gift tags to your order, if you contact us prior to shipping or include a note on your checkout page.

When do items ship?

Items shipping to the US ship the next business day, Monday-Friday via USPS Ground (formerly First Class). First Class International ships internationally within two to three business days. Buyer is responsible for any import duties and fees on international shipments.

Do you offer additional shipping methods?

We are happy to offer faster shipping methods for a fee but USPS Ground is the only free shipping method.

Do you have size charts listed?

Most of our boutique brands use heirloom sizing. Heirloom sizing tends to run slightly larger than department store sizing. 

Preemie: 5-8 pounds, Newborn: up to 12 pounds 

3M: 10-16 pounds, 6M: 16-19 pounds, 9M: 19-22 pounds

12M: 22-27 pounds, 18M: 27-30 pounds, 24M/2T: 30-33 pounds

Do you have size charts for reborn dolls?

15-17" dolls fit preemie, 18-20" dolls fit newborn

What is your return policy?

Returns sent back in the same condition they were received will be issued a store credit. Please contact us within 2 weeks of purchase to initiate a return. If a mistake is made on our part, we will make every effort to correct the problem. All sales are final on special occasion & seasonal wear (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving Pumpkins), christening, and clearance items.

Do you take special orders?

We are happy to order items specifically for our customers. Please contact us if you would like to place a special order.

An item is sold out, will it be restocked?

We carry many of our items year round. If an item is out of stock and you would like to pre-order or be put on the waiting list for when it arrives, please send us a message.

Do you know other sites are using your watermarked photos? 

We are aware of false discount sites, located in other countries, using our watermarked photos without our permission. Please be cautious when shopping these sites and take every step to verify their authenticity.
